Commercial, Consumer, and Residential Lending
First National Bank Loans
Offering a variety of loan services for a variety of needs
First National Bank Northwest Florida offers business, consumer, and residential lending programs.
Our staff is comprised of locals who understand the needs of the customers in our community and can assist with seasonal and term payment structures.
- You will never have to wait and wonder when your request will be approved or by whom…decisions are made locally and quickly by folks who live in this community, unlike the big regional banks who send the loan out of state for a decision.
- Your local FNB lender will make the loan fit you, not you fit the loan…and your lender can handle any request from business to home loans.
We are a community bank and lend in our community. If you live in or want to finance property located in one of the following Florida Panhandle Counties, give us a call; Bay, Calhoun, Escambia, Franklin, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson, Liberty, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, Walton and Washington.
If you want to purchase/refinance commercial real estate, expand your business, or finance equipment, we have a solution to fit your need.

Want to build your new home? Yes, we can also make a construction loan and convert it to a permanent mortgage loan when the construction is complete.
Residential Permanent Loans
We offer a variety of secondary market loans at very competitive fixed and variable rates with flexible repayment terms such as FHA, VA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. And, for those that prefer to keep their loan with us to service, we can offer a variable rate in-house loan.
Residential Construction Loans
For the purpose of building a single family residence. Loan proceeds are funded in draws or stages as the home is built by your licensed contractor. Inspections are done periodically to assure each phase is complete and then funds are disbursed to the builder to cover the cost as incurred. This minimizes the interest you pay and assures funds are available for completion of the home.
